Sharks vs. Avalanche: The Return of Hertl
Tonight is the last home game of the regular season for the Sharks and it's against one of the Central Division leaders, the Colorado Avalanche
So the Sharks didn't win the division. So the damn Ducks did. It stings, but the show must go on and every other cliché there is out there.
Tonight, at the last regular season home game, the Sharks are going to play the Colorado Avalanche, who sit high atop the Central Division, trying to win their division title. They've got some talent on their team with players like Nathan MacKinnon and the like. But there might be one thing in their way tonight:
HERTL HERTL HERTL HERTL HERTL
And here's some fancystats to your liking. Or not. I don't know if you're a fancystat person. If you are, cool; if not, cool.
Tomas Hertl has a PDO of 101.7 and a CF% of 56.6%. His GF% is 61.9% and the GF% rel is +9.6%. So, y'know. Hertl. He's a pretty cool fellow. Czech Hockey Prince, no big deal or anything.
(NEVER LEAVE US AGAIN, HERTL, AND SCREW YOU FOREVER DUSTIN BROWN.)
This preview has turned into the Tomas Hertl Show and I, for one, am not particularly sorry about it.
Go Sharks.
