Kings at Sharks, 4/9: Lines, gamethread & how to watch
For the second consecutive weekend, it’s a Friday and Saturday back-to-back affair between the San Jose Sharks and Los Angeles Kings.
Since last Saturday, the Kings split a series against the Arizona Coyotes, losing 5-2 on Monday and coming back to win 4-3 on Wednesday. Defender Olli Maata may return from injury tomorrow night, which also may mark Christian Wolanin’s first game with the club since being acquired from the Ottawa Senators on March 29.
The Sharks played just one game against the Anaheim Ducks this week, losing 5-1 and slipping back into sixth place in the West Division. Defender Marc-Edouard Vlasic missed Tuesday’s game and will remain out of the lineup tonight. Logan Couture, who sustained an lower-body injury from blocking a shot on Tuesday, is expected to play.
