Marc-Edouard Vlasic likely to be ready for playoffs
The defender will be ready for the playoffs.
We received good news on the injury front this morning as defender Marc-Edouard Vlasic practiced with the Sharks this morning. Key to note here that Vlasic practiced with his teammates, as opposed to taking to the ice after practice.

It sounds like both Vlasic and Matt Nieto are out for Saturday's game, according to Kurzy, but at the very least expect Vlasic to play in the first game of the playoffs — whether that be on Wednesday or Thursday. The Sharks kept it together, for the most part, in his absence, but there's no doubt they're a much better team with Vlasic on the ice.
While the defender sounds ready to go, there wasn't an update on Nieto's condition. It may still be some time before he's ready to get back on the ice.
