Pavelski given 16/1 odds for Rocket Richard

Bovada has released gambling odds on the major NHL Awards for this season. Two Sharks are given a chance with Pavelski at 16/1 to win the Rocket Richard (for most goals socred) and 75/1 for the Art Ross (most points). Joe Thornton is also given 75/1 odds for the Art Ross.

Some other notables: Connor McDavid has far and away the best odds to win the Calder, at 4/7. His best competition, unsurprisingly, is Jack Eichel at 4/1. Those could be odds worth taking, considering Edmonton’s history with young stars.
Phil Kessel is given 8/1 odds for the Rocket Richard, behind only Alex Ovechkin and Steven Stamkos. Playing on a line with Sidney Crosby is certainly not hurting his odds, but at the same time there are only so many goals to go around and there are a lot of Penguins who can score them.

The top three for the Norris are also predictable, with Doughty given the best odds (7/2) and Erik Karlsson and PK Subban rounding out the group (personally, I’d put money on Subban at 9/2).

The rest of the odds can be seen below:
