Unless you’ve been under a rock for the past week, you know that the Sharks defeated the St. Louis Blues in the Western Conference Final and are now playing for the Stanley Cup. Yipee!
What better way to kill time before Game 2 Wednesday night than seeing the Clarence S. Campbell Bowl up close and in person?
That’s right. On Wednesday, June 1, the trophy will be on display at Orchard Supply Hardware at the Princeton Plaza from 2:30-4:00 p.m. The address is 1375 Blossom Hill Road in San Jose.
The trophy, named after former NHL president Clarence Campbell, was established during the 1967-1968 season and since then has been presented to the team that has won the Western Conference.
Come out to OSH tomorrow dressed in teal and take a photo with the Campbell. What a great way to see a piece of NHL history up close and personal right before watching the Sharks take on the Pittsburgh Penguins for Game 2 of the Stanley Cup Final.
Go Sharks.
