The San Jose Sharks have recalled forwards John McCarthy and Adam Helewka and defensemen Nick DeSimone and Cavan Fitzgerald from the San Jose Barracuda. With a veteran heavy line-up in last night’s game against Arizona, it’s likely we’ll see them suit up in teal tonight against Vegas, giving the veterans a chance to rest on this back-to-back.
The Barracuda also made moves today, assigning six players to their ECHL affiliate, the Allen Americans. The cuts include forwards Vincent Arseneau, Olivier Archambault, and Marcus Basara and defensemen David Makowski, Josh Thrower, and Jaynen Rissling.
With just a couple of days until the regular season starts, we’re going to see the rosters for both teams settle soon enough.
