Sharks at Predators (game 68): Lines, game thread and how to watch

This is the final meeting between the Nashville Predators and the San Jose Sharks this season. The Predators beat the Sharks 4-2 on Feb. 24 and 5-1 on Oct. 21, 2023.

For the Predators, this is a chance to increase the team’s odds of a spot in the playoffs. Barring any impressive winning streak, the Predators will have to settle for fighting it out in the wild card race. The Central Division is already a tight race with the Winnipeg Jets, Colorado Avalanche and Dallas Stars all tied with 91 points. The Preds have 82 points and currently hold the first wild card spot in the Western Conference.

Nashville has gone 8-0-2 in its last 10 games and has won 12 of its last 14 games in total. A win tonight would stretch the team’s point streak to 15 games.

Filip Forsberg leads the Predators with 71 points and 35 goals. He’s tied for 12th in the NHL in goals. Meanwhile, Roman Josi has hit 50 assists for the season.

San Jose has lost all four of its games on this road trip.
