For the second year in a row, the Sharks will open the regular season in Los Angeles although the circumstances are starkly different following a season in which both the Kings and Sharks missed the playoffs than they were last year when the Sharks were forced to watch L.A. raise another Stanley Cup banner to the rafters after letting a 3-0 playoff series lead against the Kings slip away the previous spring.
That game is slated for October 7th while the Sharks’ own home opener will come three nights later on October 10th when they host the defending Pacific Division champion Anaheim Ducks. A full 2015-16 regular season schedule is expected to be released tomorrow morning and we’ll have full coverage here on Fear The Fin as soon as it drops.
