Sharks cut four more players
Camp is over for four more Sharks' hopefuls
Four players were cut from Sharks training camp Wednesday, as announced in the press release.
Goaltender Joel Rumpel has been assigned to the AHL Barracuda's training camp, forward Rourke Chartier (drafted in the 5th round in 2014) and defenseman Jeremy Roy (a second rounder in this year's draft) have been assigned to their junior teams, the Kelowna Rockets and Sherbrooke Phoenix, respectively.
We reported on Chartier's assignment earlier today.
Lastly forward Dylan Sadowy was returned to the Saginaw Spirit. He was returned (as opposed to assigned) because he is not under contract with the Sharks.
37 players are left in camp. You can see the updated roster here.
