Sharks training camp roster reduced

The first round of cuts have been made to San Jose's training camp roster.

San Jose cut eight players from its training camp roster Thursday. The updated roster can be seen here: Training Camp Roster.

SAN JOSE - San Jose Sharks (@SanJoseSharks) General Manager Doug Wilson announced today that the following players have been released from their tryout agreements and returned to their clubs:

Liam Herbst - G

Cavan Fitzgerald - D

Gabryel Boudreau - F

Stephen Harper - F

Joey Ratelle - F

The following un-signed draft picks have been returned to their clubs:

Alexis Vanier - D

Kevin Labanc - F

Alex Schoenborn - F

The Sharks training camp now stands at 55 players.
